- antishatter 6y agoThat's exactly my experience, the foreign talent on par with domestic talent costs about the same or close enough that outsourcing becomes much less attractive.

- 29athrowaway 6y agoI would not say "SF engineer" = "good engineer". There are excellent engineers in SF, but that's not the standard. It's the result of strict selection processes.
