How do you find that community? Discoverability is a huge problem and word of mouth is by far not enought to replace search engines. Your proposal to monetization seems to be an approach that hasn't succeeded in any way on the internet, despite people trying various ways. My personal feeling on the tasks is that your solutions are not very helpful to tackle any of those problems.
