That's so weird. I thought it was just a family walking together at first, but then the details are so similar that you get a creeping feeling of unease. I would bet that the colors were changed manually so it was less obvious that the same people appeared in the photo twice. If you look just slightly to the right of center, it looks like a partial image of the same woman appears again, weirdly cut off and out of scale (just her left shoulder and arm).
