Wal-Mart has the best pickup/delivery web experience out of the four that I've tried as well (the others being Meijer, Target, and Instacart). They're not my first choice of places to shop, but being able to reserve a slot a full week in advance before you even have to start putting together your order, being able to choose which items can be substituted and which cannot, and being able to add to the order up until about 12 hours before it's scheduled to happen are all pretty nice features that the other places don't seem to have. And the prices not being any more expensive other than a small flat fee (and tipping the delivery driver if you choose delivery) is nice.
