You're confusing legal responsibility with responsibility proper.
Dictators are responsible for the death of millions, even if they make laws that say otherwise.
- matz1 6y agoResponsibility proper is subjective. >Dictators are responsible for the death of millions. The Dictators very well may believe that their action is the proper responsibility (According to him). My point is you can't simply ask them to stop by telling them they have responsibility. Both side may view responsibility differently.
