They also don't have any excuses in the way that kids / pets / aging relatives push older workers to get out of the office.
It's 5pm and I need to pick my kids up from practice -- so I'm out.
- ikeyany 6y agoEven then, older people are less inclined to need an excuse to go home and do other things like hobbies; they're more likely to value work-life balance in general.
