It's indeed not illegal to do so. I'm just trying to explain why most job boards/ platforms don't register/work with age. Why there are a lot of initiatives around woman in tech and not oldies in tech? I'm afraid the answer is; there's a lot of karmapoints to be won first the former, while the latter will hurt your image/brand as the next best thing where magic happens. (Not saying I agree with this or I like it, it's just what I see).
