It's probably somewhat easy to forge some processes to oursource certain support-problems which need low human interaction. Something they do with Recaptcha already and IIRC at Google Maps. They could sell Youtube Premium to some thoudsand people and let them instead check a handful videos per day for some cases of copyright infringment and such. Just let them be the final fonrtier of sanity in cases where the machine is weak.
