I have 100MBps Frontier FIOS: Cloudflare: 244 Mbps Fast: 100Mbps Speedtest.net: 83 Mbps Cloudflare seems to consistently report higher than cap speeds due to 100k and 1mb files not engaging the traffic shaper, while the 10MB files seems to be in line with the other speed tests which they seem to do a continuous download.
