- hhtoyou 6y agoLike the girl who cycles 1200 km on 7 days. An they can all do that 1000x. The East India company knew why this place need to be invested for raw materials for 200years. Now when it comes to software development some basic restructuring is needed
- entha_saava 6y ago> sloppy work Or as I have recently taken to call it, geeksforgeeks culture.
- ayush--s 6y agoif your problem is geeksforgeeks culture (which translates to poor knowledge of software coding standards I guess), then you're clearly not filtering your candidates well enough. Does your interview process has any debugging or refactoring rounds?
- entha_saava 6y agoSorry bro. I am a college student in India and that's just my observation.
- ayush--s 6y agothe fake credentials problem is true, especially if you're hiring recent grads. but isn't that really simple to filter?
