Maybe people are too polite? Or not strict enough enforcing rules and guidelines? Who would tolerate an employee standing in the middle of the open office screaming at the top of their lungs for attention? :) Of course, we all make mistakes from time to time. Guess the real problem is a lack of learning from them.
