It's this line specifically that pretty much drives that home: > Specifically, the bill would prohibit companies with more than 50 employees, of which at least half are H-1B or L-1 holders, from hiring additional H-1B employees. The only companies I can see hitting this requirement are the Infosys/TCS types. I highly doubt most of the rest of tech has > 50% H-1B employees.
