I just don't trust people in general...it has nothing to do with the team. I've been stabbed in the back too many times for trusting people to do the right thing.
- renewiltord 6y agoHopefully, it is made clear to you that the team operates as a high-trust cooperative and you can self-select out of that environment since you find it undesirable. You and this style of team are incompatible.
- pixelbash 6y agoThis makes little sense in context. Whether or not someone finds something desirable doesn't matter if their experience is that it doesn't happen in practise. It's hard to unlearn painful lessons in trust.
