I would try to buy a place in southeast England. Maybe nrear Ashdown forest or similarly wooded areas. I've never been to the country but it has a rich history and culture that I would like to explore. When I need to retire back in my native land I will stay where my grandpa farmed. Last house on the electricity line, birds everywhere etc.
