In Malaysia restaurants charge 30% more on delivery apps (Grab, Foodpanda). But they have also published phone number to order directly from them in case of pick-up. So those who can't pickup have to pay the extra fee.
- Consultant32452 6y agoThat's how it is for me here in the states. The Uber eats prices appear to have the markup baked in compared to calling and ordering for pickup. I am having a very hard time understanding why anyone is upset.
