Ha... here's an experiment you can try on Windows, assuming you haven't previously taken steps to debloat the system.
1. Run procmon.exe /noconnect from Sysinternals
2. Filter -> Drop Filtered Events
3. Ctrl-L, Add Filter -> 'Path' Contains 'Telemetry' then 'Include' and Add
4. Press OK and then Ctrl-E (Start Capture)
5. Leave it running for a few minutes
