- whateveracct 6y agoOdds are I can meet the bar of employment without that, so no. You have _some_ leverage as an employee to make it work for you imo. But if you reduce my pay, you're gonna make me take stock of what I'm giving you and shift the balance in my favor if I can easily get away with it.
