Awful idea of a company we don't need as a society. If you want to connect with your neighbours go talk to them, go and plan something for the street/neighbourhood, participate in local festivities, buy in local stores. Human contact is what we need, no virtual substitutes. If there's an issue, solve it in person, speaking... Not to talk about tracking and privacy concerns.
- beeskneecaps 6y agoThis makes sense for your immediate neighbors. It gets trickier to go door to door meeting your neighbors around the entire block for example. Especially during SIP! That’s where you probably want to meet your neighbors online then connect with them later offline.
- c22 6y agoYou're living there so you could do one a week until you've met them all. Also, block parties are great.
