Ask HN: The most impressive GitHub setup you've seen?

When it comes to GitHub repos, I've seen really good readme templates, little widgets that show build success or fail and such. I'm curious about whether you've come across (or setup) a repo or organization in a way that simply blows the others out of the water? Is there a way that an organization, together with its projects, is setup that saves team members a lot of headaches, or improves their productivity?
