This is a very very valid concern so I’m not sure why you’re being downvoted. It does happen and from a lot of experience over the last 25 years of dealing with quite frankly utter incompetence that nearly killed two members of my family from the NHS, I don’t trust there to be safeguards or procedure in place or for it to be applied to make this decision. Thus I will opt out.
