Ask HN: How does your kids use their iPad?

I'm thinking of buying an iPad for my toddler but I'm not sure since there are good arguments on the both sides of screen time vs no screen time. So, I thought of checking with HN community to see how does their kids use it. Kind of an evaluation for me if it's fine to get one!
