Communities with strong social control, that won’t allow it’s inhabitants that receive ubi to spend it all on alcohol. In the western world, there is much less social control. Still it reamins to be seen if peope receiving ubi, will choose to find meaning in video games, flipping burgers or do something good for themselves or the community.
