What is your process/disclosure when signing up for these services? When they look at onboarding you as marketing instead of sales, does that affect things?
- Fission 6y agoInsofar we haven't outed ourselves as doing reviews, so we mainly used our own accounts or some burner accounts (we've got a few email addresses that will remain private). This allows us to get the actual customer experience.
