Yes–among many other great people.
The list of cases is quite public, so it shouldn't be a problem to decide your opinion of the foundation on the merits. And if you happen to agree with most/all of them (as most people on HN would), you might rethink your frankly anti-semitic and anti-reality prejudices regarding Soros.
The cases are listed at https://freiheitsrechte.org/english/#cases https://freiheitsrechte.org/english/#cases. Among them:
- Against domestic phone and internet surveillance
- Strengthening whistleblower protections
- Supporting FOIA-style transparency law
- A case of a female journalist demanding to be paid the same as her male colleagues
- Against spyware use by police
- supporting the free speech of a politically radical publishing project (indymedia)
- against biometric passwords
...and so on.

- s9w 6y agoI forgot: no one is allowed to criticize Jewish people. That's automatically antisemitism and Nazi. I know that game, that doesn't faze me. You have no power here. Edit: this was immediately flagged and downvoted. Immediately. How is that even possible. This is an old and inactive thread.
