Your comment doesn't make any sense to me. Why did you ignore first part of the sentence and just address the second part.
- elindbe2 6y agoI didn't ignore it at all. The point is that allowing people to immigrate in place of having children would do very little to reduce carbon output of Western countries. Stopping both would be required.
