Ugh, how I loathe the term "full stack". Many who claim this have attended a 12 week crash course where they're armed with the programming equivalent of heavy weaponry and then turned out onto the world to "engineer" websites that are bloated, slow me-too creations with background video, fly-in scroller elements, and everything else that bogs down even the most powerful PC.
