Not so much a reputable motherboard, but one that has been validated by a reputable manufacturer to support ECC. Asus (literally the first I thought of, no preference implied) is a reputable manufacturer, but they may happily sell a low-end motherboard without ECC support and a high-end motherboard with ECC support. Both motherboards are equally reputable.
