I am not aware of any country that has mandatory paternity leave. Do you have an example of this?
- CJefferson 6y agoI wonder if the grandparent meant "non-transferable" -- some countrirs have a shared pot (and then women often take all the pot), other countries enforce some amount of the pot to each parent. You do not have to take it as the man, but you lose it if you don't.
