Those laws are good enough. YouTube only gets bad PR, if it doesn't police "hate speech", among the vocal minority of leftist progressive nitwits that have nothing better to do than complain about nothing. The normal, "everyday person", does not care about such things. "hate speech" is easily abused because the premise is based on crappy ideas.
