They actually trying to force me to use more insecure passwords.

- cessor 6y agoThree things: - YES, you are 100% right - Keepass has a Ctrl+V mode, which pretends to type into username / password fields char by char. maybe this feature can give you peace of mind - Still, you are right, the website shouldn't make assumptions on how you handle passwords
- vidarh 6y agoI ended up writing a custom browser extension to handle one particularly annoying login process for a site I need to use regularly that in addition to asking for password asks for several other pieces of information on a "1st character of ..., 3rd character of ..." type basis. It's infuriating.
