Lets be real though most of those goals have little to do with the company I work at anyone who says otherwise is lying. Unless. The company offers profit sharing or stock options with realistic vesting. Does your company offer these things if so then we have some interesting stuff to talk about. To be fair most interview questions like this I answer with something moderatly controversially engaging without being offensive. I've gotten every job I've applied to except for one and at the end of that interview I was like "what was wrong with me?"
