I'm not sure if Henry George brought this up (I think he may have) but it's definitely a part of the discussion today, to also incorporate other non-renewable resources / externalities / commons in a LVT-based system. Things including the electromagnetic spectrum, noise, light pollution, pollution, carbon, and intellectual property. I would include ads (they invade my visual cortex!).
