The main reason is that I was unaware of this, thank you for pointing this our to me. I like to block all third-party javascript, because it's often unnecessary, and a useless drain on my battery, memory and privacy. I would do it for first-party js as well, but that breaks a lot more websites. Funnily, websites that break the most without third-party js are e-commerce ones...
