There's a fair chance that you just made a new starter (from the flour you've been feeding your salvage with).
- Stratoscope 6y agoYou may well be right! OTOH, the starter did come to life faster than ones I've made from scratch - it was very bubbly after three days. I guess it will be a mystery...
