It is the hundreds of millions of USD in his private healthcare investment and several billions under his control through his Foundation [1] that I know of. Given how extremely wealthy and powerful he is, I think that even though it is not a majority of his life on the line, it is a lot of control, influence, and maybe a teensy bit of a return on investment, that he has to gain from this.
