Fully agree this kind of practice is disgusting on the part of the platform sites. And yet as someone who will never use each individual restaurant's website -- same as for retail, I just don't have the time except if one particular brand becomes an overwhelming part of my wallet spend -- it seems we have to be eying for a world where we do have aggregators making all these places available in one stop, but which aren't actively harming their individual pieces. At least for folks in the same boat I am.
