Because I wanted to know what was going on in the world without too much COVID noise. It is a daily email from Wikipedia’s Current Events portal. Someone mentioned that i could have just used RSS, but it was quite fun to build something so small and have a fully completed project in a day
- WillYouFinish 6y agoI love that idea. I use mail as my todo list and I prefer having such things in my inbox than digging through RSS or anything since I’m already using my email everywhere. Also I had the idea of having an RSS to email service in the future a few months back which kinda goes into the same direction. So that would be one daily mail for all subscriptions.
