Last time one of these threads came up, someone mentioned using the privileged security lines even without a first class ticket or whatever frequent-flyer status you need. I just flew out of Chicago and skipped a pretty decent sized line without any fuss from anyone.
- jaidev 16y agoWhat do you tell them when they ask you why you are in this line?
- jackvalentine 16y agoAct like you're meant to be there.
- eof 16y ago"To get to my gate?"
- true_religion 16y agoYeah those lines operate via the honor code. No one is actually going to stop you. That said I consider line jumping to be cheating, not a "life hack".
- whatusername 16y agoI've seen tickets checked in Melbourne (Australia) in the Qantas terminal.
- eof 16y agoHrm. I don't think you have any information about how those things operate, no offense.. just an observation. I highly doubt it would work 100% of the time; further, both lines are being manned by federal employees.
- jrockway 16y agoDo this enough, and then there's going to be a line to get into the security line. "Tragedy of the commons."
