There are ways to get a job without leetcoding still. But they are becoming rarer and rarer. I think it mainly involves focusing on non-tech companies (who, BTW, are also starting to join the leetcode cargo cult). I got my current job at a non-tech company (bank) several years ago. I did not get leetcoded back then. The interview was mainly language and framework trivia. Nowadays, we have to subject candidates to leetcode.
