How about, enjoy your free time. Enjoy your friends and family. Work hard at your job, but maintain the division. This hyper-productivity porn is a net negative. There is competition in this industry, but nowhere near enough to leave talented engineers fearing for anything. Not on a near time-horizon, at least.
