good thing we have SAP to facilitate the development of large scale business, such as monopolies and cartels.
- perl4ever 6y agoI don't think the existence of SAP is particularly relevant to a monopoly that exists because of statute. Although I don't live in such a state, I know there are places in the US where all the liquor stores are government run.
