- callalex 6y agoIf you want to act in an anti-social manner, don’t be surprised when you are socially ostracized.
- 101404 6y agoWhat is "anti social" about defending human rights against those who think they stand above them?
- netsharc 6y agoGotta love assholes thinking they know better than scientists, and then claiming "we're defending human rights!". Using this Asimov quote is surely a cliché, but "Anti-intellectualism has been a constant thread winding its way through our political and cultural life, nurtured by the false notion that democracy means that 'my ignorance is just as good as your knowledge.'". Feel free to scream that you're right and I'm wrong...
- 101404 6y agoWhat scientists? Scientists had said is okay to open. The State government said it's okay to open. Only some local dude didn't want to. And thank you for calling me an "asshole".
- codeddesign 6y agoIn other words: go against the grain and you’ll be down voted to oblivion. Unfortunately and sadly, widely differing opinions are not tolerated too much on HN.
