We are using Instacart and have been very happy with it. The article doesn't specifically mention Instacart, which seems to actually be doing very well thanks to the pandemic [1] And as for the other services, from the article it sounds like a lot of the issues are directly related to the pandemic. I think there will be a golden period for them after the pandemic, or perhaps sooner. I would have never used a grocery delivery service before -- the idea of someone choosing & touching my food is unappealing to me. But now that I've used it several times, I am loving it and want to continue using it.
