I like lightweight and fresh too, but the JVM and Node both provide a tremendous amount of “batteries included” ecosystem value.
- doteka 6y agoSee I get why you’d say that about the JVM, but as someone working in Node daily I don’t find the server side JavaScript ecosystem particularly useful. As soon as you need to do anything else than database CRUD, you’re basically on your own.
