1 hour doesn't get you that far in terms of home prices in SF/NYC
- hn_throwaway_99 6y agoIt's absolutely huge in Austin. There is a very high correlation between distance from downtown and housing prices because our traffic is so abysmal and our public transportation is a joke. Price for "equivalent" houses 5 mins from downtown vs. 35 mins from downtown is 2x minimum.
