The title seems innocent enough, but if I understand this correctly, this purports to be a proof of P != NP.
I'm not familiar with a lot of the stuff talked about in the paper, but it's still exciting to see another attempt at the P ?= NP problem. Of course, purported proofs (for both P = NP and P != NP) have been published before[0].
