I think Microsoft figured one thing out; you can’t fire a man who get things done especially if there is little documentation. And you can’t avoid writing things down if you can’t remember it. And you can’t remember it if it isn’t visual. I am way more productive on Linux, but I can see that this also put you in a position to easily be replaced.
