This is mostly bullshit. Using ventilators was fairly standard care for the set of symptoms. It has come to light that alternate treatments are probably better in some circumstances. But you're writing this as if the disease is treatable. It's still not treatable. Most people who end up ventilators are, in fact, sick enough that they're likely to die. The parent said nothing that lacked compassion for human life. Accusing doctors who are risking their lives trying to save patients with the best of their knowledge mass murderers is magnitudes more heartless.
