The graphic at the top and the first few paragraphs come off as extremely patronizing, if not propagandistic. Then he goes off on a rant about sovereignty to cover for TON's lack of legitimacy. Not a good look for Telegram, and good riddance to TON. I realize this blockchain garbage is probably never going to die but it is good to see the real world doing what it does best.
