Is your point that small companies appoint unsuitable people to architect systems? Why because they know no better?
FYI many years in small and startups also large and medium.
- JoeAltmaier 6y agoThen how can you not know, that founders/early employees wear lots of hats? No small company has everyone it needs. So you do the job, learning as you go, and the company moves along.
